ST. BERNARDUS WITBIER from Brouwerij St. Bernard is a very pale, whitish-yellow color, quite hazy ale. The head is white and dense. In aroma, it has wheaty, apple-like, tartness; herbal-spicy notes with coriander and orangey fruitness and honeyish sweetness.
